Mr. Canzoneri is currently a partner with his daughter in the law firm of Canzoneri & Canzoneri, LLP. Mr. Canzoneri’s areas of specialty include estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, family law, commercial matters and real estate matters. He was first employed in Lynbrook, Long Island with a general civil practice firm with main concentrations in real estate and estate administration. Mr. Canzoneri became partner of Shapiro, Gottshalk, Driscoll & Canzoneri in Franklin Square, Long Island in 1971. In 1975, Mr. Canzoneri established his own law firm as a sole practitioner with a general practice until the formation of Canzoneri & Canzoneri, LLP in 2001.
Mr. Canzoneri was appointed to the Malverne Village Board as a Trustee and served as Police Commissioner, Fire Commissioner and Commissioner of the Department of Public Works. In 1995 Mr. Canzoneri was elected Mayor of the Village of Malverne and served a four year term. In 1999, he retired after 18 years of elected service to the Village of Malverne. He is a founding member of the Malverne Volunteer Ambulance Corps established in 1968, qualified Emergency Medical Technician and former legal advisor to the Corps. Mr. Canzoneri has also been involved in numerous community organizations in the Village of Malverne throughout his life.

Mr. Canzoneri is happily married for 55 years and the proud father of 6 children and grandfather of 12 grandchildren.

Ms. Canzoneri is currently a partner with her father in the law firm of Canzoneri & Canzoneri, LLP. Ms. Canzoneri specializes in estate planning, income tax planning, trust and estate administration, estate litigation, elder law planning and guardianship matters. She also counsels several charitable organizations and prepares their required tax filings. Prior to joining Canzoneri & Canzoneri, LLP, Ms. Canzoneri was an associate with Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP in the Personal Law Department of the New York City office specializing in estate planning for high net worth individuals. She was also a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP for several years before joining Morgan Lewis. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Canzoneri was an Experienced Audit Senior with Arthur Andersen & Co. where some of her accounts were the National Football League, Estée Lauder & Company and Ogilvy and Mather.
Ms. Canzoneri graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University School of Law, in 1994 and received her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1999. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Business Administration of St. John’s University in 1987. Ms. Canzoneri is a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice law in New York State.
Ms. Canzoneri and her husband reside in Malverne with their four children.
